Given the current Coronavirus situation, CMM is taking the following measures to safeguard the health of its employees and citizens.

Effective noon, March 16, 2020, for an indefinite period:

• The Community Relations Office will be open by appointment only regarding the various components of the Good Neighbour Guide:
  • The 2019 Compensation Program or the class-action lawsuit (e.g.: submitting a claim, 2019 release retrieval and signature).
  • The Guidelines Governing the Acquisition of Principal Residences in Malartic.
• The Renovation Program registration period, scheduled to run from March 16 to June 19, 2020, has been suspended.

Exceptionally and in order to reduce the number of in-person meetings, CMM will allow any citizens who so desire, to voluntarily and freely waive the five-day period afforded to them to consult the Release and Discharge Agreement, as well as a legal adviser.
