We would like to remind you that residential and commercial building owners in Malartic’s* southern neighbourhood have until September 1, 2020 to subscribe to the Renovation Program. Registration is MANDATORY.

Here’s how to register:

1. Complete the form you received in the mail, or the form below, taking care to choose your supplier.
2. Submit your duly completed form along with a proof of ownership (2020 municipal tax account) in one of three ways:

• In the box outside the Community Relations Office, from Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. If other citizens are present, please keep a two-metre social distance;
• By email to relationscommunautaires@canadianmalartic.com; or
• By mail, to 1041 Royale Street, Malartic J0Y 1Z0.

In the weeks following the pre-registration period end date, you will be invited to pick up a letter confirming your renovation credit and defining the conditions of use. Your proof of ownership will also be returned to you. Please note that your renovation credit, which was to expire on June 19, 2022, has been extended through to September 30, 2022.
