An amendment of the decree authorizing the mining of the North and South Odyssey Zones and the start of exploration ramp excavation was passed in December 2018.
Expansion of known underground mineralized zones has also been authorized since July 2022, following a new application to modify the decree that was filed with the Ministry of the Environment, the Fight Against Climate Change, Wildlife and Parks (MELCCFP).
