Agnico Eagle Mines Limited completed the full acquisition of O3 Mining Inc. on March 18, 2025.
The Marban project*, located in the Dubuisson district of Val-d’Or, is now overseen by the team at the Canadian Malartic complex, which already includes the Canadian Malartic and Odyssey mines.
Marban is an advanced gold exploration project that could potentially support a satellite open-pit mining operation to feed the Canadian Malartic complex mill. The Company expects that Marban could contribute approximately 15,000 tpd and an average of approximately 130,000 ounces of gold per year to the Canadian Malartic complex over a span of 9 years, starting as early as 2033.
