The Canadian Malartic Partnership was presented with the Extra Award for “Contribution to Regional Economic Development” at the November 19 Gala held by the Rouyn-Noranda Chamber of Commerce and Industry. The commitment of our employees, contractors and partners made this success possible.
The Quebec Mining Association (QMA) revealed the recipients of its Recognition Awards highlighting mining industry worker health and safety performance at its September 20 Occupational Health and Safety Seminar. Twenty supervisors from Canadian Malartic Mine and Odyssey Mine were recognized for achieving, along with their teams, between 50,000 and 650,000 consecutive hours of work without a lost-time accident.
We won the “Business and Community” award at the Gala Élites of the Chambre de commerce et d’industrie du Centre-Abitibi held on May 14 2022 in Amos. This award underscores our contribution to a vibrant and healthy living environment through our different partnership agreements, donations, and sponsorships, including those in the MRC d’Abitibi.
